Our AI CORE allows for fully automated construction progress tracking, adding zero time to project area team workload and real-time quality control, thanks to Artificial Intelligence developed by our engineers and scientists. We fill the gap in the legacy software landscape with a clear vision to become a category leader, creating great exit opportunities for the future.

We are a young technology company based in Austin, TX, USA, and in Warsaw, Poland with the Enterprise-Ready AI platform already used by the largest construction and infrastructure companies worldwide. Starting our success 3 years ago in the US and Canada, we expanded to Western Europe and GCC. We work closely with the biggest market leaders from general contractors, and asset owners to financial investors. We operate on infrastructure & energy construction segments worth USD 4.5-5 T globally, growing up to 6% annually.

We are searching for the best talent to join our team full-time at AI Clearing in Warsaw; reporting directly to the Head of Sales EMEA.

Your Profile:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar sales position
  • Excellent command of PowerPoint
  • Good command of Excel
  • Fluency in English
  • Fluency in other languages will be a plus (Spanish, German, French)
  • Excellent presentation, communication (both in-person and through virtual meetings, direct messages, email, etc.) and customer service skills
  • Master’s degree in a Construction-related or Business, Marketing, or Economics field is required
  • Knowledge of CRM systems
  • Strong research & analytical skills
  • Motivated, self-driven, and able to manage projects with a discipline for priority setting and follow-through
  • Attention to details
  • Demonstrated curiosity, agility, and rapid learning of new technologies, products, and services
  • Experience in the construction/infrastructure/utilities sectors area will be a plus

Your Role:

  • Prospecting and qualifying leads
  • Conducting outreach (LI, mail, calls) to sales qualified leads
  • Setting up appointments with prospects
  • Observing and analyzing the market in the construction industry
  • Conducting market research and analysis (linear and horizontal construction projects - roads, railways, pipelines, solar farms)
  • Building AI Clearing’s brand global recognition
