As a Product Marketer, you will establish and grow demand, through effective positioning, messaging, and branding for our products.

You will be responsible for moving customers through a funnel that converts them from a general audience, into loyal fans:
Awareness, Acquisition, Engagement, Conversion, and Retention.

Your role as a Product Marketer is a part of the product but is at the intersection of marketing, sales, and product teams and focuses primarily on anticipating and answering customer questions and objections. A key factor to your success in this role is catering to the question from customers “Why should I choose your product?”

Your role involves communicating the “why,” “what,” and “when” of the product to potential buyers, as well as to internal customer-facing teams.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Communicate the unique selling point to ideal customers inside and outside the product.
  • Ownership of the whole funnel: responsible for assets to help move customers through the whole funnel.
  • Ownership of Go-To-Market with all 5Ws + H.
  • Capture customer attention - Acquisition efforts center on gaining the attention of potential customers, and making the market aware of the main use case.
  • Develop an audience of advocates - Engagement efforts focus on developing a community of superfans.
  • Encourage a purchasing decision - Conversion and retention efforts are focused on turning leads into paying customers and keeping paying customers around.
  • Market validation & Customer insights: run customer and competitive research and experiments to confirm messaging, positioning, packaging, and pricing for Casafari products (interviews, surveys, product data). You will be the expert in our customer profiles and their use cases.
  • Responsible for planning and executing the Launch and Go-To-Market of new features and products across multiple markets and channels. You are a close partner to the product team and your insights influence roadmap decisions.
  • Partner with the Marketing Team to develop campaigns for product awareness and demand generation.
  • Enable the Sales Team by providing product marketing material and messaging to be used at different stages of the sales process.
  • Define and execute product positioning and framing strategy for Casafari products that resonate with users: Translate customer insights into positioning documents, messaging strategy for the web, sales enablement, and product communications for different products.
  • Strong internal communicator: educate and evangelise product messaging in the entire company.

Required Experience/Skills

  • Minimum 3 years in product marketing in a hyper-growth B2B SaaS or technology business, ideally with a free trial or freemium.
  • Proven experience in most of the above-mentioned key responsibilities.
  • Strong expertise in generating customer insights and GTM strategy for tech products.
  • Expertise in measuring the success of GTM strategy.
  • Versatile and hands-on: creative with skills in creating simple visuals, analytical with skills in basic data mining, strategic with ability to see the big picture.
  • Ability to form relationships across the organisation especially with customer-facing teams and marketing, while being a part of the product team..
  • Ability to transform complex subject matter and internal technical language into communication on a language of our customers..
  • Forward- and critical thinking with high sense of ownership, autonomous, result-oriented.
  • Positive, persuasive communicator.
  • Hard skills: Figma, Canva, SQL, BI (Looker, Tableu, PowerBI or similar).
  • Must be fluent in English. Additional Spanish, Portuguese, French, or German are a big plus.
