About This Role:

Crexi’s Office Manager supports or leads all aspects of facilities operations, workplace experience, and safety & security across Crexi’s office locations.

What You’ll Do:

  • Acts as a cultural ambassador developing and promoting the Crexi experience; actively contributes to creating positive energy and enthusiasm
  • Acts as work site leader, welcoming familiar and unfamiliar faces, managing visitors, and conducting office tours as necessary
  • First and last line of defense for preparedness of office spaces, including the pantry, supply stations, and general tidiness
  • Perform or partner on typical mailroom responsibilities
  • Cultivate and maintain building and vendor relationships
  • Partner cross-functionally to adhere to OSHA, and health and safety standards compliance
  • Promotes physical security standards, policies, procedures, and training to continually protect our people
  • Assists with event planning, hosting, and planning activities in our offices
  • May assist with future office expansions including property visits, facility design, planning, build-out, and furniture procurement/installation
  • Thinks about our hybrid workplace to ensure that our people both in our offices and remote have a consistent and integrated experience
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Preferred Education & Experience:

  • Five to seven years of experience in office management
  • Strong time-management and people skills, high degree of flexibility, and excellent multitasking ability
  • Proficiency with office applications, and aptitude for learning new software and systems
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

  • Includes occasionally moving & transporting up to 40 pounds
  • Working at a computer for several hours during the day. Involves regularly remaining in a stationary position, moving about inside the office, talking, listening, hearing, and use of close and distant vision

The anticipated hourly range for candidates who will work in our Playa Vista, California location is $28.85 - $34.00.
