We are hiring a Content, social and community Manager to lead our product narrative, content, social, and community strategy across Blockchain.com’s advanced consumer and Web3 product suites.
This person will be responsible for making Blockchain.com highly visible, relevant, and culturally fluent with advanced crypto-native and tech-forward audiences. You will lead the strategy and execution across social channels, editorial content, community hubs, major launch campaigns, and real-time market moments.
The right candidate combines a deep literacy of Web3 mechanics with excellent creative judgment and a proven ability to turn complex financial instruments and privacy AI technologies into content that drives attention, trust, and adoption.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Web3 & Crypto-Native Marketing Strategy You will define and lead the overarching marketing, content, and social strategy for Blockchain.com’s Web3 and consumer applications. This includes building a sharper brand voice, stronger multi-channel strategies, and highly relevant formats across social, editorial, video, and community touchpoints. You must understand market cycles, degen vs. institutional psychology, and the nuanced narratives that drive Web3 users.
- Next-Gen Product Launch Storytelling You will own the end-to-end launch and lifecycle marketing narratives for major Web3 products—specifically including prediction markets, perpetual futures, and our upcoming suite of privacy-preserving AI products. You will translate complex mechanisms (like derivatives trading and AI data sovereignty) into compelling campaign moments, explainers, and interactive content.
- Cross-Functional Ecosystem GTM You will work closely with Product Marketing, Growth, Product, Legal, Compliance, and the Executive team to ensure our Web3 and AI positioning aligns with broader business goals. You will build a bridges between deep tech capabilities and mainstream/crypto-native user adoption.
- Web3 Channel & Community Growth You will oversee the strategic direction of Blockchain.com’s community and social ecosystems. This includes expanding beyond traditional platforms into Web3-native environments (e.g., Discord, Telegram, Farcaster, Lens) to improve engagement quality, coordinate liquidity/user incentives, and maintain real-time feedback loops for our AI and trading products.
- Content & Editorial Operations You will lead a disciplined, fast-moving content engine spanning editorial planning, technical deep-dives, research newsletters, thought leadership, and interactive product education. You will ensure the operation balances speed-to-market with strict compliance and high quality control.
- Team Leadership You will manage and develop a specialized team across content, social, and community. You will provide clear direction, raise the creative and technical bar, and build operational structures that allow the team to scale.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and lead Blockchain.com’s comprehensive Web3 product marketing, social, and community strategy.
- Architect high-impact go-to-market campaigns for advanced products, including prediction markets, perpetual futures, and privacy-focused AI utilities.
- Establish a differentiated narrative for Blockchain.com at the intersection of decentralized finance (DeFi) and user-centric AI privacy.
- Define editorial themes, recurring formats, campaign content, and reactive market content that resonates with sophisticated crypto-native audiences.
- Manage, coach, and scale content creators, community managers, and social strategists.
- Build real-time monitoring systems to capitalize on rapid market moments, crypto trends, AI tech developments, and competitor activity.
- Ensure all content is highly accurate, timely, and structurally compliant within a regulated global financial and data-privacy environment.
- Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics, shifting tactics based on hard data to maximize user acquisition and product volume.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Required Experience
- Significant experience leading Web3 marketing, product marketing, content, or community strategy in crypto, DeFi, FinTech, or an adjacent high-growth tech vertical.
- Deep Web3 and AI literacy, with a genuine familiarity with tokenomics, trading psychology, privacy technology, and decentralized culture.
- Proven track record of launching complex technical products and translating them into simple, high-impact value propositions.
- Strong leadership capability with experience managing cross-functional workflows across Product, Growth, Comms, Legal, and Compliance.
- Exceptional editorial judgment—you know how to write, edit, and brief for both high-level concepts and granular crypto/AI mechanics.
- Comfort working in a hyper-fast, high-judgment environment where market conditions change daily.
Preferred Experience
- Direct experience marketing trading products, derivatives, prediction markets, or decentralized identity/privacy solutions.
- Familiarity with consumer AI applications or privacy-preserving technologies (e.g., zero-knowledge proofs, decentralized compute, local-first AI).
- Deep active immersion in crypto Twitter/X, Discord, Farcaster, Telegram, and developer-heavy communities.
- Experience building founder/executive social presences or corporate thought leadership programs in the Web3 space.
