As a Data Quality, your primary responsibility is to ensure the reliability, accuracy, and smooth flow of data. Our goal is to make sure that the data we process is clear, consistent, and stable, allowing it to be effectively used for various business functions. You will play a key role in identifying data issues, determining their root causes, implementing fixes, and monitoring the outcomes to ensure long-term data quality.

You will receive training in the required tools and systems that you will be required to use.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and analyse data quality issues, such as inconsistencies, missing information, and incomplete records.
• Investigate the root causes of data errors and fix or address them.
• Create data fixes and monitor the results to ensure that the changes improve the data quality without introducing new issues.
• Work with various teams (Data Collection, Data Science, Data Processing, Application, and Customer Facing teams) to communicate findings, coordinate fixes, and track error resolution progress.
• Ensure the completeness and reliability of data by monitoring parsing sources, guaranteeing full and stable data reception.
• Perform quality checks to validate that data is processed accurately and efficiently.
• Continuously improve processes for identifying, correcting, and preventing data quality issues.
• Work with the following tools:
  • Casafari Tools & Applications
  • Database & SQL
  • Looker (BI Software)

• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
• Ability to focus on repetitive tasks for extended periods
• Basic knowledge of SQL
• Intermediate English proficiency (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive in identifying areas for improvement
• Ability to quickly adjust to changing processes, technologies, and priorities
• Experience or understanding of IT systems is a plus
• A background in Linguistics, Geography, or History is a plus
