The Marketing & Content Specialist plays a vital role in overseeing the development, implementation, and optimization of content strategies across various digital platforms.

The position holder will be responsible for creating, curating, executing and managing high-quality content that aligns with the organisation's goals and resonates with the target audience, as well as driving engagement, attracting new customers and boosting brand awareness.

The Marketing & Content Specialist collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and development, to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice throughout all content initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and produce engaging and high-quality content published in CASAFARI's website (both product pages and articles);
  • Implement content marketing campaigns on different platforms such as social media, blogs, email, website, and video channels;
  • Develop keyword research and content strategy for the website;
  • Control over the performance of the content, with the creation of recurrent reports;
  • Follow up and guidance on the creation of new website pages or articles;
  • Carry out paid content promotions and lead generation activities;
  • Monitor KPIs to track and measure the success of content marketing campaigns;
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth content delivery across all channels;
  • Guide SEO changes in translations for content created for all markets to ensure the performance across all of them;
  • Keep the website updated with new content;
  • Produce all-type of translations and proofreading;
  • Create internal presentations/manuals for sales teams;
  • Produce customer stories (for all markets);
  • Constantly find ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of content marketing strategies.

Competencies:

  • Have a track record in content marketing, copywriting, and digital marketing;
  • Possess strong skills in SEO, social media, and CMS;
  • Familiar with Google Analytics or similar analytics tools;
  • Possess excellent communication skills and can create engaging written or visual content for different audiences;
  • Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Be a self-motivated individual who can work independently or as part of a team;
  • Have great organizational skills and can handle multiple projects and deadlines;
  • Be adaptable and able to learn new skills quickly;
  • Fluent English and preferably at least one other language (Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, French, German).
