The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Full-Cycle Account Executive to drive CASAFARI’s growth in Greece. This is a high-impact role for a commercially sharp sales professional who enjoys owning the entire sales journey, from first contact to deal closure.

You will be the first point of contact for potential customers and a key contributor to turning both inbound and outbound opportunities into long-term partnerships. This role blends strong outbound prospecting with consultative selling, product demos, and deal negotiation.

What You’ll Do

Own the Full Sales Cycle

  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing;

  • Act as the first point of contact for potential customers across CASAFARI’s target segments in Greece (Real Estate, PropTech, brokerages, and developers).

Prospecting & Lead Generation

  • Identify, research, and develop new sales opportunities through proactive outbound activities;

  • Run high-volume outreach campaigns via cold calls, email, and social selling;

  • Use LinkedIn and other digital channels to engage and qualify new prospects;

  • Nurture leads across different funnel stages and maintain a healthy, consistent pipeline.

Lead Qualification & Pipeline Management

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on business needs, fit, and buying readiness;

  • Own pipeline management in HubSpot, ensuring accurate tracking, clean CRM data, and reliable forecasts;

  • Share customer insights, pain points, and market signals with internal stakeholders.

Sales Demos, Negotiation & Closing

  • Adapt sales materials and messaging to the Greek market and language;

  • Deliver compelling online and in-person product demos showcasing CASAFARI’s API, MCP, and data solutions;

  • Lead consultative sales conversations and confidently handle objections;

  • Negotiate commercial terms and close deals in line with monthly and quarterly targets;

  • Represent CASAFARI at local events, conferences, and webinars when required.

Collaboration & Handover

  • Ensure a smooth transition from sales to account management through clear and structured handovers;

  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with new customers from day one;

  • Share customer feedback with Product and Marketing teams to support continuous improvement;

  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Account Management teams.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales, ideally in B2B SaaS, Data, API, or tech-driven environments, preferably in a full-cycle or hybrid SDR/AE role;

  • Proven ability to both prospect and close deals;

  • Strong consultative selling approach with excellent listening and communication skills;

  • Resilient, persistent, and comfortable handling rejection and changing priorities;

  • Ability to understand and clearly articulate technical solutions to real estate professionals;

  • Highly organised, with strong time management and prioritisation skills;

  • Comfortable working independently while being a collaborative team player.

Languages & Location

  • Fluent in Greek and English (C1/C2);

  • Additional European languages are a strong plus;

  • Based in Greece.
