Along with a collaborative cloud-based COR log with real-time messaging and PDF mark-ups, Extracker includes digital Time and Material Tags, standardized Change Order Templates, trackable Change Notifications, and more, to organize and streamline the process. The software can be rolled out by Subcontractors across their entire company or General Contractors and Owners can use the software by making Extracker a project requirement for their Subcontractors.
