Role Overview

The Account Executive for the Northeast USA will play a crucial role in expanding SALUS' market share in the region. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, this position focuses on engaging new clients, managing sales cycles, and working collaboratively with BDRs to effectively close deals and drive growth.

What You'll Do

  • Focus on Mid-Market construction accounts across Eastern Canada

  • Manage opportunities that are a combination of self-sourced (hunted), BDR, Marketing, and Partner generated deals

  • Qualify and develop leads from all sources above to create revenue opportunities, coordinate client meetings and online demonstrations of SALUS’s solution

  • Work with our prospects to understand their pain-points, align our solution to their needs, develop business cases and engage key stakeholders through to close

  • Conduct compelling, value-based demonstrations

  • Maintain accurate forecast and track activity in Salesforce

What You Bring

  • A minimum of 5 years as an Account Executive selling Saas solutions (B2B Saas selling experience in Construction is a plus)

  • Experience working Deal sizes ($20K - $300K Average Contract Value)

  • Proven track record of hitting quota

  • Ability to forecast accurately - within 5% range
