Challenges You Will Solve

As a Senior Field Marketing Manager, you will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of field marketing programs and in-person events to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth. You will be responsible for selecting the right events, ensuring seamless execution, and equipping the sales team with the right materials to convert prospects into customers.

In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner to the marketing and sales teams, leveraging industry insights and event-driven engagement to amplify our presence in the market and drive
demand.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop & Own the Field Marketing Strategy – Design and execute high-impact marketing programs, including trade shows, industry events, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Event Selection & Sponsorship Management – Identify and secure sponsorship opportunities and speaking engagements to position SALUS as a leader in construction tech.
  • Booth & Brand Experience – Collaborate with design teams and vendors to ensure eye-catching and engaging booth experiences.
  • Lead Capture & Sales Enablement – Work closely with sales teams to optimize event follow-ups, ensuring high conversion rates from leads generated at events.
  • Performance Tracking & ROI Optimization – Own event ROI measurement, tracking the pipeline impact of field marketing initiatives and refining strategies for maximum effectiveness
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work with growth, product marketing, and sales teams to align campaign messaging and event strategies.

What We Look For

  • 5-10+ years of field marketing experience in a B2B SaaS or technology-driven environment.
  • Strong event marketing experience – proven track record of planning and executing trade shows, conferences, and hosted events with measurable pipeline impact.
  • Experience with sales enablement – ability to create compelling collateral, event messaging, and post-event follow-up strategies.
  • Data-driven mindset – strong experience in tracking event performance and optimizing ROI using Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM/marketing automation tools .
  • Creative thinker with a strategic approach – ability to develop engaging brand experiences and campaigns that resonate with construction industry professionals .
  • Excellent project management skills – ability to juggle multiple events, campaigns, and priorities while maintaining a high standard of execution.
  • Experience working in construction tech, safety compliance, or industrial SaaS.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Broad Digital Marketing Knowledge – Understanding of how field marketing fits into broader go-to-market strategies, including paid media, SEO, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Experience in Series A or B Startups – Proven ability to thrive in high-growth, fast-paced environments where agility, execution, and strategic thinking are critical.
  • Strong relationships within construction industry associations (ABC, AGC, etc.).
  • Familiarity with ABM strategies and targeted event marketing for high-intent accounts.
