Uniti AI is the System of Action for real estate — AI agents that listen, reason, and execute directly inside the systems operators already use. We just closed our Series A and are building the team that turns Uniti into the operating layer for all of real estate.

We are scaling our team and hiring our first in-house Recruiter to own the full talent acquisition function. You will be responsible for hiring across GTM, product, and technical roles — moving fast, maintaining a high bar, and building a recruiting engine that can scale with us.

Roles and Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruiting

  • Own end-to-end recruiting for open roles across GTM, Product, Engineering, and Operations

  • Source, screen, and pipeline candidates across all channels — inbound, outbound, referrals, and agencies

  • Conduct structured interviews and coordinate hiring processes from first contact through offer

  • Move quickly without sacrificing quality; maintain a high candidate-to-hire conversion rate

Recruiting Operations

  • Build and manage our ATS and recruiting workflows from the ground up

  • Track and report on pipeline metrics, time-to-hire, and offer acceptance rates

  • Develop and refine job descriptions, interview scorecards, and evaluation frameworks

  • Manage relationships with recruiting agencies and sourcing vendors where needed

Employer Brand & Candidate Experience

  • Represent Uniti AI with passion and authenticity to prospective candidates

  • Create a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the interview process

  • Partner with leadership to develop and communicate Uniti AI's employer value proposition

  • Help build and promote our team culture externally through events, content, and networks

Background and Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally at a high-growth startup or venture-backed company

  • Experience recruiting GTM roles (AEs, SDRs, Marketing) and/or technical roles (engineers, PMs)

  • Hands-on experience with an ATS (Ashby, Lever, Greenhouse, or similar)

  • Strong sourcing skills — you know how to find and engage passive candidates

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; candidates love talking to you

  • Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously without dropping the ball
