We are the first on the market with our AI CORE, which allows for fully automated real-time construction progress tracking and quality control, thanks to Artificial Intelligence and computer vision developed by our engineers and scientists. We fill the legacy software landscape gap with a clear vision to become a global category leader for infrastructure owners and general contractors.

We are a young and dynamic technology company based in Austin, TX. Some of the largest construction and infrastructure companies are already using our platform.

As we strive to increase our footprint in US and Canada we are searching for the best talent to join us as the Client Success Specialist based in the US.

Your profile:

  • 1+ years of experience in a similar position or the desire to transition from the construction industry into the construction technology industry
  • Understanding of how to prove the value of technology and the ability to retain, and expand accounts for large construction and infrastructure companies
  • Proficiency in technology implementation and training
  • Experience working in a selling role and with sales technology and CRM software will be a plus
  • Excellent presentation, communication (both in-person and through virtual meetings, direct messages, email, etc.), and customer service skills
  • Understanding the use of drones and the construction industry, FAA Part 107 drone license is a plus but not required.
  • Fully fluent in spoken and written English

Your role:

  • Project management:
  • Coordination and oversight of project planning, implementation, and execution of the assigned projects to ensure timely and quality delivery
  • Monitoring of project budgets, timelines, and resources to achieve operational targets
  • Coordination and cooperation with regional partners: drone operators, and project teams, etc.
  • Identification of process improvement opportunities
  • Implementation of best practices to enhance productivity and value for both our company and clients.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and policies associated with the project
  • Sales support:
  • Identification and evaluation of new business opportunities within assigned clients to drive growth and revenue in line with targets set by the BD leadership
  • Support in software development:
  • Ensuring smooth communication between the clients and AI Clearing product team
