We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented full-time Finance and Controlling Specialist to join our team in Warsaw. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in finance and administration in a fast-paced startup environment. As a Finance and Controlling Specialist, you will contribute to our growth by supporting our team and making important decisions.

In your new role, you will be responsible for:

• Support in data analysis, monitoring, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting of financials with a focus on the sales controlling
• Participation in the month-end closing process, including Group reconciliations
• Assist with accounting tasks, including managing invoices and expenses and reconciling accounts
• Support in grant settlements
• Assist with ad hoc projects and tasks as required
• Day-to-day collaboration with management, sales team, and support in office and HR operations

If you possess the following, we are looking for you!

• 2+ years of experience in finance, controlling or related functions
• Fluency in English and Polish (a must)
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business related studies
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, with particular emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
• Being open-minded and culturally aware
• Willingness to join the dynamic organization to grow and develop together
• Experience gained from an American company will be a plus
