AI Clearing is the AI platform automating construction progress tracking for some of the largest infrastructure projects in North America. We're hiring a Customer Success Manager in Austin to own onboarding, account health, and long-term growth for our U.S. client base.

Your profile:
• 5+ years of experience in Client Success or in project management focused on the construction industry or the construction technology industry
• Excellent presentation, communication (both in-person and through virtual meetings, direct messages, email, etc.), and customer service skills
• Understanding the use of drones in the construction industry and project management best practices
Your role:
• Responsible for the overall relationship and contact with the client
• Responsible for four stages: pre-sales solution support, onboarding new customers/projects, account management - ensuring customer success, and potential expansion
• Providing technical support during the sales process
• Answering customer questions
• Managing internal stakeholders to deliver to the client
• Providing training and presentations of the platform to customers
• Review supporting documentation
• Review photogrammetry guidelines
• Identifying, mapping, and engaging regularly with key personas on the client side: project participants and supervisors to ensure smooth collaboration; finance, legal, back office to ensure smooth processes of invoices and contracts/work orders; management, other divisions, project controls, IT to enable further expansion
• Confirming that users are engaged and gaining value
• Tracking performance against success criteria
• Client's case study preparation, proof of AIC success, and measurement of ROI performance
• Ensuring renewal with ongoing probability
• Collaboration with the Engineering, Delivery, and Account Executives teams
