Client Success Executive - EMEA
The Client Success Executive role is crucial to AI Clearing. You will be the primary client interface, working daily with stakeholders to set KPIs and manage the complete project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and closure, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and within scope. This role requires demonstrated seniority and strong organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities (Duties to Include):
- Communicate with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide regular project updates.
- Coordinate internal resources and external third-party vendors for seamless project execution.
- Monitor project performance against client success parameters and ensure quality assurance in all deliverables.
- Independently manage project risks and issues in a timely manner, navigating roadblocks and proposing necessary mitigation strategies.
- Drive meetings with clear agendas, follow up on action items, and develop and maintain all project documentation, status reports, and timely distribution of reports to stakeholders.
- Coordinate internal resources to ensure client data analysis proceeds smoothly and reports delivery is executed on time.
- Manage quarterly QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) with clients, adding value with strategic insights and improvement suggestions.
- Look for expansion opportunities with clients, working closely with the sales team.1
- Extensive travel to client sites is required.
Requirements for the Role:
- Engineering Degree preferred.
- Technical or project management background with experience working on highways and rail construction projects preferred.
- Fluent English is a requirement, a second language would be preferred.
Location:
- Any European location considered, but the ability to spend regular time in our Warsaw office is required.
