Role Description
This is a home based role for a Business Development Representative in the UK to support the EMEA Sales Director with growth of new opportunities in the United Kingdom and Ireland. The BDR UK will be responsible for generating leads, engaging in inside sales activities, developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, and supporting business development initiatives. Day-to-day tasks will include reaching out to potential clients, scheduling meetings, conducting market research, and contributing to sales strategies. The goal is to identify new opportunities and support the company's growth.
Some travel to our Warsaw office will be required together with other events in the UK and Ireland so flexibility here is needed.
This opportunity is open to anyone based in the UK, not necessarily London area but proximity to Sales Director location in Southern England would be preferred.
Requirements:
- Strong Communication skills
- Strong track record of cold calling successes
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Google and Microsoft Office Suites
- Fluent English
- a background in Contech would be preferred
