AI Clearing partners with leading Developers and General Contractors across the Renewable, Civil, and Energy Infrastructure space. We’re hiring a BDR in Austin to own pipeline for the fastest-growing AI platform in construction.

What you will do
• Run 60+ outbound touches per day (calls, emails, LinkedIn) targeting General Contractors, EPCs, Developers, and infrastructure owners across the U.S. and Canada
• Generate meetings that convert to qualified opportunities for Account Executives
• Use ZoomInfo, Salesforce, and Outreach to identify, prioritize, and manage target accounts
• Travel 2 times per quarter to construction sites, client demos, and industry events
• Feed field intelligence back to Sales and Marketing to sharpen messaging and targeting
• Get fluent in construction workflows, drone operations, and how our AI analytics work
This role is for you if
• You have 1 to 2+ years as a BDR/SDR in SaaS, or you come from construction (solar, civil, oil, and gas) and want to break into tech sales
• You figure things out before asking. When a process doesn’t exist, you build one
• You’re comfortable being measured on output every day; welcome that level of accountability
• You learn new software quickly. CRM and sales tools are part of your daily workflow, and you use them to stay organized, track activity, and drive results
• You communicate clearly in writing and on the phone. Full professional fluency in English required
• Background in solar, civil, or oil and gas is an advantage.
This role is not for you if
• You prefer highly structured environments with step-by-step playbooks rather than building and refining your own approach
• You rely heavily on daily direction rather than taking ownership of your priorities and pipeline
• You’re uncomfortable with proactive outreach, including picking up the phone and initiating conversations
