Role Description The Account Manager Nordics is a full-time role responsible for managing and growing relationships with customers and prospects across the Nordic infrastructure and energy markets. Based in Warsaw in a hybrid setup, the role combines office collaboration with flexible work-from-home arrangements. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing account plans, leading customer meetings and demos, coordinating pilots and implementations of AI Clearing’s platform, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. The Account Manager will identify new business opportunities, prepare proposals and commercial offers, negotiate contracts, and collaborate closely with product, operations, and technical teams to align solutions with client needs. The role also involves monitoring market trends, gathering customer feedback, and representing AI Clearing at industry events and conferences in the Nordic region.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in account management, customer success, or B2B sales within infrastructure, construction, renewable energy, or related technology sectors.
  • Strong relationship-building, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers at multiple organizational levels.
  • Business development and commercial skills, including opportunity qualification, proposal preparation, and deal closing.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; proficiency in a Nordic language (e.g., Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment from Warsaw, travel within the Nordic region as needed, and collaborate effectively with international, cross-functional teams.
  • Comfort working with AI, data, and technology platforms; familiarity with geospatial solutions, drones, or construction tech is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with a structured approach to account planning, forecasting, and reporting.
